RANCH EGGS!

Or Shakshuka! A Middle Eastern recipe, specific to Israel 🇮🇱, easy and delicious to start the day or for that brunch-like lunch! ❤️👩🏻‍🍳


RANCH EGGS


Ingredients


• Tomato sauce (if you want to check out the recipe for tomato sauce click here)

• One egg or more depending on the amount of sauce and the size of the pan

• Basil leaves





Method of preparation:


  1. Preheat a deep frying pan with two ladles of sauce

  2. Crack the eggs into a separate pot, one at a time, being careful not to burst the yolk.

  3. First heat the sauce slowly.

  4. As soon as the sauce heats up, use a spoon to make a "whole" and add one egg at a time.

  5. Leave on low heat and cover the pan.

  6. In about 8 minutes it will be ready!

  7. Of course, serve with toasted bread to finish!
