RANCH EGGS
Ingredients
• Tomato sauce (if you want to check out the recipe for tomato sauce click here)
• One egg or more depending on the amount of sauce and the size of the pan
• Basil leaves
Method of preparation:
Preheat a deep frying pan with two ladles of sauce
Crack the eggs into a separate pot, one at a time, being careful not to burst the yolk.
First heat the sauce slowly.
As soon as the sauce heats up, use a spoon to make a "whole" and add one egg at a time.
Leave on low heat and cover the pan.
In about 8 minutes it will be ready!
Of course, serve with toasted bread to finish!
