Graduated in Business Administration from the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul (UFRGS) and in Gastronomy from Unisinos University, I am a Brazilian chef and wine tourism guide currently living in Lisbon, Portugal.

 

I combine my passion for food, wine, and travel to create memorable gastronomic experiences that connect people, culture, and stories.

Before dedicating myself fully to gastronomy, I worked in marketing for multinational companies such as Dell and Nestlé. This background has helped me develop a creative and strategic approach to food, hospitality, and communication.

Since 2017, through Cozinha da Lívia, I’ve been sharing my love for cooking and wine pairing — teaching, creating culinary content, and leading gastronomic events that promote pleasure, balance, and inspiration at the table.

 

In Lisbon, I also work with Oh! My Cod Tours, where I guide wine and culinary experiences that showcase the richness of Portuguese flavors and traditions. At the same time, I am completing my Master’s degree in Digital Marketing at the University of Lisbon, researching how wine apps influence consumer behavior and how companies and consumers can co-create value through digital interaction.

My purpose is simple: to inspire freedom, creativity, and authentic connections through food, wine, and meaningful experiences.
