SPANISH PESTO PASTA!

Parslay, olive oil, almonds a little bit of garlic and you will have the best quick sauce for your fusilli or another kind of pasta that you like!

FUSILLI WITH SPANISH PESTO SAUCE!
You will need:
INGREDIENTS:
TIME: 20 Minutes
LEVEL OF DIFICULTY : Easy
MISE EN PLACE:
• 1 one cup of olive oil
• 60g of almonds
• 1/2 clove of garlic
• 1 bunch of parsley
HOW TO PREPARE:
Place a frying pan over low heat
Put the almonds to toast a little bit
Season with a little bit of salt and pepper
Meanwhile, you can chop the garlic (if you want to, you can put it in the pan before with a litte bit of olive oil to get " sweeter" and lighter).
Chop the whole parsley finely.
Chop the almonds
Mix in a bowl the olive oil, the parsley, the almonds and also the garlic.
Finish with salt and pepper.
You can eat the pesto sauce in toast, salad or finish with pasta! Remind to not cook it. Pay attention below how to do it:
Put a pot of water on to heat
When the water boils, you can add salt (one shallow tablespoon)
Put the pasta (80g of pasta per person) to cook
After almost six to seven minutes, you can drain the pasta and put it into the bowl you prepared the pesto sauce in!
Mix everything together and serve it right away!
Tip: you can change the almond to another nuts, you can change de parsley for another green spice!
